The bulletproof vest was created on the basis of promising technologies in the field of individual body armor, taking into account many years of experience in conducting anti-terrorist operations. Thanks to the optimized shape of the armor elements and the outer cover with a special shock absorption and ventilation system, the bulletproof vest Redut-T5 "Juggernaut" has excellent functional qualities, which facilitates active actions, including those related to the use of vehicles and in conditions of limited space.

This model is based on a bulletproof vest FORT "Redut T5", the design of which is supplemented by a protective collar, groin protection, two side aprons and shoulder pads. All additional armor elements are attached with special fasteners, which allows the user to independently adapt the body armor to their needs. Removable inserts are provided inside the bulletproof vest for each armored element of the bulletproof vest and its components. The inserts repeat the appearance of the original ballistic insertions, giving the body armor a more realistic look. 

The total protection area of the bulletproof vest is up to 86 sq.dm. The outer cover of the bulletproof vest is made of high-strength Oxford 600PU fabric in camouflage color Woodland. The vest is adjusted to the figure of the owner both in height and in girth. The minimum size for comfortable wearing is 52. On the inner surface of the front part of the vest there are Velcro panels for installing the CAP, shock-absorbing inserts are pre-installed on the back part.
