Night operations are a serious test for fighters. In addition to the obvious difficulties, there is a problem of identifying a fighter in a night vision device. This is also important for air support, in order to avoid firing at their own.   

The IR marker patch will help to cope with this difficulty. This patch is attached directly to the cover of your helmet and has an IR reflector that allows allies to identify you on the battlefield.   

The patch is attached to the helmet with a Velcro located on the back of the patch. The patch also has a valve that allows you to close the IR reflector when it is necessary.
