This is a standard issued pouch for Gas Mask. It has convenient and practical slings for installation on ANY VEST with M.O.L.L.E. or UMTBS interface.   

This pouch has a closed type flap on the turnstile button and Velcro, the pouch can be worn on a shoulder strap and attaching it to the leg, it can also be installed on the belt.
