During the term of military service in the army, Soviet and then Russian conscripts found many options for special "military" leisure, one of them is to rub their ceremonial belt buckle to Shine, with the help of "GOI" paste, which is worn when they solemnly go home, for demob.   

GOI paste-designed for polishing and giving Shine to metal surfaces, such as ceremonial belt buckles, insignias and emblems.   

For proper application, apply a little paste on a cotton cloth and RUB until it glistens.
