Any Russian small arms have good basic characteristics, but in most cases the installation of additional tuning on it is not possible. This problem is solved thanks to a large range of special tuning. 

The forend is designed for installation on the "Vikhr" of various types of tactical body kit: a flashlight, a laser designator. The bar is located at the bottom of the forearm.   

To give the correct position of the bar on the forearm, it is installed on a special tide. The bar is made of steel and coated with a phosphate varnish.
