Telnyashka is the symbol and one of the most famous uniform parts of special units, like Rosguard, Marines or VDV troops. It`s a symbol of courage, fearless and faith to the Homeland. 

It is an iconic uniform garment worn by the Russian Navy, the Russian Airborne Troops (VDV) and the Russian Naval Infantry (marines). Dating back to the 19th century Tsarist Navy it was subsequently worn by the Soviet successors of these troops.   

This telnyashka is made of 100% cotton. It`s the most popular type of telnyashkas, soldiers often put it under the jacket or even use it without jacket.
