Azimut SS company developed "Skala" harness vest. The vest has 4 diagonal pouches for 2 AK mags. There are also 2 pouches for frag and 2 for smoke grenades, 1 for first aid kit or a radio and a large utility pouch on the back.
The vest is quite roomy, lightweight and is adjustable in size.
