The "Doc" harness and scissors pouch is a minimalistic pouch that accommodates a tourniquet and scissors. At the same time, it occupies only one cell of the MALL.
The tourniquet is held by two slings on the contact tape, and the scissors are placed in a separate compartment with a locking valve.
