Q: Do you accept Visa & Mastercard?

A: Yes. We accept it, our processing service placed not in Russia. In European Union and Kazahstan.


Q: I got 10001 and other errors, what can i do?

A: In 99% cases you can resolve problem with payment, with call to bank. They usually mark all international transactions as fraud one, or you can have limit on them. Call to bank and ask to unmark it as Fraud transaction and remove any limits. It's helps in the most cases.


Q: I had a problem with payment in past. Do you resolved problem?

A: Yes. Use Paybox payment method, it must work for you much better, than before.


Q: Do you accept Paypal?

A: Nope, we don't plan to use it in near future.

Q: Do you still ship to my country?

A: Yes, we still delivery to most countries in the world. If you can choose shipping method to your country in checkout, that's means, that there is no embargo.


Q: What is the shipment time?

A: Around 2-5 days to Europe, 3-6 USA, 4-10 all other countries with DHL. E-Packet and similar shipments - 14-40 days.


Q: You guarantee, that i will received my parcel?

A: Yes. If you won't get it for some reasons, we will make a full refund.

Q: When you will restock SSO/ANA/Wartech/Ars Arma and etc?

A: We DO NOT KNOW. All depends not on us. We ordered all this products, but most of Russian Companies doesn't sell anything tor retail or wholesale markets. Look on alternatives, like Mordor Tac.


Q: Will be Mordor Tac restock their products?

A: Sure, it have a very big factory currently, and it's provide ability to sell their products to wholesale, retail and not only.


Q: Please, don't remove @Item_Name from website!

A: We are cleaning our website from most positions, that for some reasons, won't be restocked in the near future. Look at alternatives.


Q: How is a situation with your business?

A: That sucks. We lost around half million dollars already on all this sanctions, payment problems and not stable Russian Rouble currency rate. That's why we ask for your support, we still want to provide best equipment, but need some help in this difficult time.

A: Just keep ordering from website through. We know, it's difficult now, but we want to keep alive during this crisis and don't want to fire anyone from our workers, they have families and we will try to continue working and try to resolve this situation, but it's really difficult now =(
