Of course! 24 hours it's guaranteed time of dispatch! We are big company with excellent reputation. Usually we shipping your order for 8 working hours, but due high amount of orders (for example, during Christmas sale), we can need additional time for dispatching.

What mean dispatch?

That's mean, that your parcel changed your status from "Processing" to "Prepared for shipping".

If my order have status Paid, does time count? Nope, it's not. We changing your status to "Processing" automatically, when business day in Russia starting (usually 10 a.m. CET).

When i will receive track and when parcel will be available for tracking? NOTE! When your status changing to "Prepared for shipping", that's mean, that we dispatched your parcel, but doesn't received shipping documents back. Due we are commercial post, and deliver parcel to Post Office and receive tracks later, it can took 1-2 business days usually.

What about other items? Usually middle dispatch time is 1-3 business days.

Does this program working on weekends also? We cannot ship your order during this time, because Russian Post and EMS doesn't work. So, nope, it's not working.
